BetterAir provides Free United States Postal Service (or USPS) Priority Mail shipping on all orders over $ 198.00. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost to you. For your convenience, we offer FedEx Standard overnight (at additional costs based on your location).
RETURNS – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Betterair device, we will provide you with a full refund. Any New or Used device can be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment and is eligible for a full refund back to the original credit card or payment method it was originally purchased with.
To be eligible for a return/refund or an exchange, you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. To obtain an RMA form, please call our Customer Care team at (833) 692-3883 to speak with a representative or you can email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, which will start the process of returning your Betterair device directly to Ecological Balancing Technology Corporation and to receive a full refund or to exchange your unit.
Please ensure that your item is in the same condition as you received it in. Please be sure to send it back in the original packaging with all the accessory parts properly packed. If the seal is broken on the probiotic cartridge, you do not need to return it. If the original packaging is no longer available, please pack it in an appropriately sized box with protective bubble wrap to protect the device from any damage that may occur during the return shipment process. Also, be sure to remove any cartridge prior to shipping.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our facilities. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you need a replacement due to a defective or damaged device, we will replace it with the item you originally purchased. Once your product has been examined and approved for replacement, you will be notified via email of when your new shipment will arrive.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection (with reasons why) of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will then be immediately processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of the approval date, please examine your bank statement or credit card statement to ensure it has not been posted. Then contact your bank or credit card company directly, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

AMAZON OR OTHER RETAIL PURCHASES
If you have purchased your Betterair unit directly through Amazon.com or any other retailer, you must contact Amazon.com or those other retailers directly. Unfortunately, we do not process returns, replacements or refunds for Amazon or for any other retailer.
Our 1-year Limited warranty begins from the date of the original purchase and covers any defective product. If repair is not practical, Ecological Balancing Technology Corporation will replace the defective product with a fully warranted, factory-reconditioned product that is the same or has similar functionality with the exceptions stated below.
Does not cover damage caused by misuse or when used other than as intended and described in the owner’s manual. The warranty does not cover loss or damage to removable parts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
If you have enrolled in our Subscribe and Save program to regularly receive replacement probiotic cartridges (not bottles), your Betterair unit automatically qualifies for a lifetime warranty.
